It contains no nicotine but apparently gives you the same "high" as a cigarette and there's no age limit to buy this thing.

I have to say though, if i saw it somewhere, i'd buy it because i'm a sucker for new things. If they made a buffalo chicken flavored drink, i'd buy it.
